Every piece we create is 100% custom, made entirely for you. Share what you're picturing, along with photos, sketches, or any ideas that inspire the design, and we'll bring it to life through a detailed CAD rendering, which you can review and adjust until it's exactly right. Once you give the final green light, you'll receive an exact quote, and a 50% deposit secures your design and begins production; because each piece is one of a kind, this deposit is non-refundable. From there, your piece is crafted by hand, and once complete, we share detailed photos and videos before the remaining 50% balance is due and your piece ships directly to you. The full process takes 4 to 6 weeks from start to finish. As each piece is made specifically for you, we do not offer returns or refunds — but if anything doesn't match the approved CAD, we will make it right. If you'd like your piece appraised, we're happy to arrange this for a small additional charge, with one extra week added to the timeline.
